Email is the best channel for messages that need context or a record. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information. Molesweeper does not require an account, so support should never need a password from you.
What makes a useful bug report
Please include the level number, browser, device type, and the action that produced the problem. If the issue is visual, mention the approximate screen size or orientation. If a board behaves unexpectedly, explain which clue, flags, and tile were involved rather than sending only a statement that the level was wrong.

Level number, browser version, desktop or mobile, steps to repeat, expected result, and actual result.
Please leave out
Private account credentials, unrelated files, sensitive identity data, or executable attachments.
Progress is saved locally. If unlocks disappear, say whether browser data was cleared, private browsing was used, or the game was opened on a different device. Those details help distinguish a product bug from expected browser-storage behavior.
Accessibility feedback
Reports about keyboard navigation, focus order, screen-reader labels, color contrast, reduced motion, touch target size, or zoom behavior are especially welcome. Include the assistive technology and browser when relevant. A concise description of the point where the game becomes difficult to use is more helpful than a general score.
Privacy, media, and rights concerns
For privacy questions, state the page and browser feature involved. The privacy policy explains local game progress, consent choices, hosting logs, and optional analytics. For a copyright, trademark, or other rights concern, identify the material, provide its exact URL, explain your relationship to the rights, and describe the requested action. Good-faith, specific notices can be reviewed much faster than automated or incomplete claims.
